Shelagh ConroyI was in a PvP battle and the screen just froze and would not clear. About 5 minutes earlier I was in a PvP battle and the screen abruptly went black. Also my avatar is moving very sluggishly. Is it the website or the flash player that is giving the problem?

Justin Stocks (CNE Dev)I don't think we've done anything to cause issues like this. The flash player does like to freak out occationally and cause the kind of issues you've seen. We suggest a couple of things to make your MG experience the best possible:
1) Play with a fresh browser. Restart your browser before you start playing. 2) Don't have any other flash stuff open while you're playing. MG doesn't play well with others. 3) If you're having trouble in one browser, try switching to another. Even though the flash player is supposed to be platform/browser independent, we've noted that some configurations work better than others. Cheers, - Justin |
