The things you bought should be in your inventory forever. Check the whole inventory as they are not necessarily right next to each other. My inventory has 227 items.
Of course they will not work while you are not a BW Club member. As a matter of fact, I bought all of them long before I ever became a member and of course they didn't work until membership was bought. That's what the club membership is all about. The 'ticket' in your inventory tells you when your membership expires, date and time, or reminds you when you are not a member just what you have to do...
As for nothing new, there is a customization item each and every month, right?
But membership is worth it for the efficient mana item alone, a full amount of mana in a low zone can hit over a thousand bushes, which is how I did over a million while maxed out. You should buy all bw club items because that's only gold and they all do something good.

p.s. if the items were not in your inventory then they should be buyable again, but the items themselves are bought once and you have them forever whether or not they have value or are worthless.

If membership were forever then DJArts would just about get nobody to pay into the game. Do you think people buy Energy, LOL. I imagine that has diminished over time unless there are new players. But just about everyone wants at least one aspect of club membership.
I used to buy a month at a time but just about every other month right at the end of a month so as to get 2 CI's for the cost of one month. And once, in January, February and March I actually got 3 CI's for one months membership, just barely worked this leap year, had only a half a day grace period.
P.S. Using that mana thing in the first square with only value 1 & 2 bushes/beasts I get at least one statue fragment a day and that easily makes for being able to buy another month membership in no time at all.

I don't know what Raymond will say the probability is, but I whack up at least one or two a week. I just now hit the point where I have no one on my friend's list to give it to, so I've been sitting with the same fragment now for a couple of weeks.
