He'll sell you four more spaces for 35 tokens. Alternatively, you can attempt to catch a new guardian, get a message that your space is insufficient, get a prompt for buying more space, and spend 10 tokens on 1 space. (Which will get filled up if you manage to catch the guardian. Yay.) So, go talk to the guy to the right inside any guardian center. He'll hook you up.

And Cole, if you're looking for the person who sells team space, you can walk into any Guardian Center (where you heal your guardians) and talk to the person standing to the right side of the room. He sells team space.
