I recently was trying to place the saw and it wouldn't let me place it anywhere. Not sure if it goes on the house wall or in a stump you haven't cleared, but I didn't have a stump and entered build mode from outside the house and thus could not but anything inside the house.

Anyway, I couldn't back out of placing it. The only way to get out was refreshing the page. There should be a cancel button for instances like that or even instances where someone selected the wrong item.
