The new changes are different than we are used to and will take a little time to adjust. Here are some tips to help you keep your bomb and potion quota up.

ALWAYS play the Southern Forest every day. The Guardians are low level and easy to conquer. Plus you get small potions, coins & collection items. The collections provide small healing potion, fire bomb, nature bomb, water bomb, medium defense potion and medium attack potion.

Any treasure chest that is silver and brown in color is repeatable. The gold and brown chests are one time only.

There are two treasure chests in the Southern Forest and one very close by in the Tangled Forest. ALWAYS open these every day. They also contain small potions, collection items, coins and yes, sometimes even Trainer Tokens. There is also a treasure chest in the Teleporter Cave in the Wooded Forest. There are high level wild Guardians in there and my recommendation is that you flee those battles and make the treasure chest your goal. Guardians and bombs re-set every 20 hours.

These treasure chests are the easiest to get but there are treasure chests all over the world guarded by Guardians of higher strength. Open as many chests as you can each day and it will definitely help you obtain the potions and bombs that you need and might even surprise you with a Trainer Token.

This is a list of repeatable chests and many of these areas also have a gold chest as well.
