Denise C Steilgo back to each field and make sure that you have completed all the puzzles. This was my problem when I couldn't find the key in the last level. Sometimes you have to go back to the beginning of the level and talk to someone there.

Collette Brownety for your reply. iv talked to everyone i even got back to the start of the game spoken to everyone. i cant find the lab?? iv still got the artifacts crate? iv compleated all the puzzles and the bonus area. i been stuck on it for days tried everything :/

Denise C Steilwith 98% it seems like something is left undone. once you are at 100% the key should appear. maybe it is a bug.

Jean DavisI still have 'they went that-a-way' to turn in & I've been through every field & area & talked to everyone more than twice. I'm not missing any CIs either. I sent a help ticket & Peter said it was an on-going quest...idk.
