Bev GetLost DillonI went up one level with my energy already at 320. Of course was only able to gain a very small amount of energy on my level up which i think is unfair. On a level change you should automatically get a full bar added regardless of what your current energy is at that point. This will enable people with less friends to play more rather than being forced to go on the forums and add random people just to play a little longer...

RaymondThis is a 2 year old argument which was answered 2 years ago in BW1. YOU and only you know when you are going to level up, you and only you can plan your own play to make your playing as effective as possible. My second BW1 account has always received about max energy top off on just about every level up so far. It's not hard to do.
It's called an energy topping off because that's what it is. I assume BW2 is very similar. |

Bev GetLost Dillon***FYI SUGGESTION, FREEDOM OF SPEECH***
Well you crack on playing in your own way and good for you getting max energy on level ups (here's your gold star). I have no interest whatsoever in finding out all the ins and outs of this game so saw fit to make a suggestion on the - oh wait - suggestion forum! Which i'm entitled to do so without you sticking your nose in and telling me off like your some kind of BW Guru. I will carry on playing for fun because that's all it is. Puzzles and bush whacking. I have no reason to "plan" because that is totally boring and would take even more fun out of it that running out of energy. Your response is not warranted and is of no use to me or anyone else. You have told me nothing that i dont already know. You have totally misunderstood my post. It is a suggestion. Long live the debate. My suggestion still stands. |

RaymondPlaying for fun is exactly what the Developers want you to do. In the old game too many people were advancing too fast and being able to complete the whole of a new release or an Event in a single day, and they complain about being bored with the game, content that took the Developers weeks to design and program. I'm sure they designed BW2 to be more generally playable and long term playable. So it's unlikely they would give anyone 'extra' Energy.
I only answered your 'suggestion' with my 'opinion'. I am just as entitled to say what I think as you are. Now if you read what I said, I never said anything like your idea was stupid. I related it to the old game since I have no idea if you ever knew that game. p.s. In that game you could get the effect of what you want by paying actual cash into the game and becoming a Bushwhacker Club member for a month or longer, for real cash. |

Denise C Steil@Bev GetLost Dilon: I agree with you. It seems really unjust that you don't get a full energy pack, just a topping off. I've missed out on quite a bit of energy because of this. Some days I'm just not paying attention of my xp to level up so I'll use a bunch of energy packs and in two or three quick whacks level up. Grrrrr....
@Raymond Jerome: nice to have you back. |

JuJuBie@Raymond Jerome: I don't think anyone who didn't spend real money on BW or BW2 could finish an entire event in one day. I am at the lvl cap in BW1 and it took me almost a week to finish the school's out for summer quest. But then again I don't spend any money on these games.
I also think that all of the people who complained about being bored with the game and having "too much energy" ruined the game for me. I miss getting 5000 energy from a single power whack and then being able to play for an hour instead of 10 min. |

RaymondLast Edited July 21st 2012 at 3:34 AM The Developers have learned their lesson and have for a long time made the second years incarnation of most Events be 'timed' things that can't be finished in one day. But early events were completed by many people in a day and without them paying into the game.
