339 Posts	Link to post - Posted July 3rd 2012 at 11:15 PM Kite_sama The game has been dead for a long time, is fairly to said is about time we the gamers begin to report directly to facebook about the inactivity of this game and they do something, because we arent cared enough to receive some kind of information about why is taking so long to release new contents meanwhile others games get updates over an over, if people is with me, Â¡LETS US ALL BE HEAR, REPORT DIRECTLY TO FACEBOOK THIS GAME AND LETS MAKE THEM DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL!
301 Posts	Link to post - Posted July 3rd 2012 at 11:30 PM Lasynda Shichiroji It is sad that the game is getting close to a year old and my 11 year old can beat the current content in less than a week :/ I know I haven't been vocal in the forums lately but that just cuz I got sick of repeating myself and seeing that for the most part the Devs didn't seem to care or ignored things...for example when it was requested to make requests vanish from the inbox when you start the game for BW2 it was done and I asked if we could get it on MG too and that never happened it was easy to add it in to BW2 but hard for MG really?!?!?!? and you can't say that the thread it was put in was never looked at by a Dev again because they commented after me but not in response to me but to others who had also posted there.....

I lost interest in this game when it took me 2 days to beat the desert. It bull crap. All we r doing is beating a dead dog here. The devs don't respond here anymore. The only thing they respond 2 are tickets. Which is also crap. THIS GAME HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE THE DESERT UPDATE. THE DEVS NEED 2 EITHER UPDATE THIS GAME INSTEAD OF BW2 OR REFUND PLAYERS MONEY AND THEY CAN USE IT ON OTHER GAMES!!!!

The last real update was the Desert back in March.... Carlos and anyone else who cares the real way to hit them isn't through Facebook, cuz yeah FB won't do anything, if you have the time and are willing take the company to small claims court under the grounds of failure to deliver service, at least that is what my legal team has told me, and you don't have to file where the company is based you can file where you live then file the paperwork via snail mail to DJ Arts at: DJ ARTS Unit 7, 625 Alpha Street Victoria, BC Canada V8Z 1B5 All you need to do is prove that there was payment made to them for Jelly Beans and you have been given nothing to use them on which isn't hard to do actually since the last real update was in March I believe. :D then they have to reimburse you and depending on where you live they also have to pay all court costs. Keep in mind however this information is strictly based on American laws so dunno how it is different for other countries. Also depending on where you live, in America, you can also get your money back plus interest based on the current average rate of 13-week U.S. Treasury bills. Just putting that out there so people don't keep saying complain to FB.
