Failing in Fishing
Lvl 74 "Nate's Apprentice" 741 Posts	Link to post - Posted June 21st 2012 at 11:04 AM Nate Dauer Like BW1, you can fail in fishing if you misclick too soon or something. Unlike BW1 though, this isn't just a waste of time, it's a waste of money. Each cast costs 1 bait. Bait costs money. You can earn more money back with bait, though it's a slow process. Can the "failure" be removed in BW2? Or can it at least return us back the lost bait? I have a mouse that gets quirky sometimes.

Why not just make it so that clicking too soon will act as a "cancel" - giving you back the bait you just cast? No loss, no gain. It could be a nice implementation since it would also give players who suddenly realize they don't have time for fishing to stop early without a loss. As for players who don't click fast enough... well, I don't know about that. I came close to that happening to me a few minutes ago due to some coincidental poorly-timed lag.
12 Posts	Link to post - Posted June 24th 2012 at 6:59 AM Chris Maverick Leadbeater bw1 was one of best games on fb and one of the most updated games as well seasonal updates which made it good, just hope that bw2 is going to keep up with what was set with bw1 , only played this one a short while and finding it enjoyable just need more bw2 friends so add me if intrested and keep p good work bw2 team
