I remember that Quest involving two different zones to complete it, with the Teddy Bear needing to be found in the zone below the one with the Cowardly Lion in it. What is your Quest Log telling you that this Quest wants from you now?

It has to still be available to you.
I'm unsure because of the way you typed that, sorry... You've captured both Gobie the puzzle Monster by whacking him, and have the Teddy Bear? Have you refreshed your game just in case? Did you try to go through the gate anyway?
Check your puzzle itself and the pieces. Does the puzzle screen say 100%? Is every piece in the correct spot? Sometimes, they can be so close that it looks right but isn't. But, if you captured the monster by whacking it, then the puzzle is good.
In that case, I have no clue why it's doing this to you because it sounds like you've done everything needed. If it's still that way today, I think you might need to send in a support ticket and have them check it out. I don't see where you've missed anything.

I had a feeling from the way you first asked it that you were thinking they were the same thing, but then just wasn't sure. This is the only Quest there that you have to get two items from completing two different puzzles for.
