I know at first this might seem like a bad idea (cue Heroic Feng scenario) but I liked the idea of being able to get a rare (otherwise unobtainable) guardian by using tokens. Granted the "price" for Heroic Feng was, and continues to be, a little too heroic for my taste, but I was totally fine with the amount of tokens I used on Heroic Puffer as well as some of the other harder to obtain "rare" guardians.

I think it would be neat to have really rare (or unobtainable) guardians available to be purchased either with tokens in game or DJarts tokens outside of the game. Like put up a Yeti or Gryphon (or their unevolved counterparts) for 150 tokens or something (I'm not great with "prices"). I can see where the possibility for abuse could come into play but to be fair that does occur in other areas of gameplay too, but you could even limit the amount of each owned per trainer.

To be honest, everyone at the moment can obtain any guardian they'd like to, it would be interesting to provide some different, unique, and more powerful guardians that would take a lot of time to obtain just one, which might make it more interesting.
