"Trinkets that increase or decrease your odds work off of the base chance to win the item. For example, if your base chance to win power is 10%, and you equip a trinket that increases the odds by 10%, your final chance to win power will be 11%. To get it up to 20%, you would have to equip enough trinkets to increase your odds by 100%."

Keeping this in mind, doesn't it suggest that most of the current odds-releated trinkets are more or less useless in terms of how much they'll actually help you overall? For some of them, I'm guessing they make less than a 1% difference overall. :/

Hi Nate,

The first area trinkets are small bonuses, this is the first area after all... We have planned out and done all the math for balancing trinket bonuses all the way up to level 100 and beyond.

One other important thing to note is the bonuses are taking out of the chance to win nothing... that way they don't effect the odds of winning anything else. So it is worth noting that if you were winning 1% more power, 1% more mana, and 1% more energy you would also be winning 3% less nothings.

Interesting, so what do the reduction of Nothing trinkets do?

I think it removes 10 % from nothing, and gives 2 for energy, gold, mana, puzzles and power.
