I don't have my instructions bookmarked anymore, but here goes. You probably have either a flash or a browser problem. Try these things;

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Free download and it will clean all the temporary files from your computer, including all old Flash files.

If your computer is more than a few months old and is slowing down, try this;

http://download.cnet.com/Quicksys-RegDefrag/3000-2094_4-10844188.html

Again, it's a free download and this will arrange all BW files in one place and make it easier for you computer to find all those files. It's a HUGE program and you need to keep your computer cleared of excess baggage to run it.
