Our servers are undergoing maintenance at 1 PM today, Wednesday July 22, 2026. As such, the game will be down for up to two hours, but hopefully no longer. We thank you for your patience.

I was able to log in and play after the maintenance but got an error message around 3 hours later. When I relogged again, I discovered that I lost all my progress from my gameplay after the maintenance today including a large amount of bush bucks and the game became exactly the same as it was before the maintenance happened and had to stop playing. I tried to send a ticket about this but every time I hit the submit ticket button, the ticket doesn't send. Is anyone able to help me with this issue? Edit: Just emailed support since I still am not able to send a ticket through the website.
