26 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 24th at 11:06 AM Cheshirecatqee1875 Why is there no option to pay and get past this? If there is can anyone tell me where as I see no option. I cannot do minesweeper and do not want to waste hours in the hope I can complete it.

735 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 25th at 5:57 AM jpl77 It looks like a new feature to me, but the last time I had a mine field there was the 'glitch' that Matt was talking about, which is called a "Fairy Light", they are part of a quest to find them in Halflight Haven. You should see one to the right of the mine field. They are pink in colour, the shape of orb or like an embryo.

This is part of the ongoing red man quest. You go through tunnels in weeping wall until you get to a minesweeper puzzle. I can not move on till I can complete it.

Matt gave you a link to help you solve the problem without paying BB. The wiki has the info for mine sweeping for the new quest hub and the prerequisite area of the Magic Minefield https://bushwhacker2.fandom.com/wiki/The_Magic_Minefield#Minesweeper_Puzzle Even for that earlier content, there is the option to pay 10 BB to have it solved. The odd thing here is that you are complaining that there is no option to pay to complete the puzzle, when in fact there is an option to pay to have it completed. Your choice if choose to be defeated and give up. I'd recommend double checking the map area around the minefield again. If you don't see the glitch or fairy light, then put in a trouble ticket to have that fixed.

You said in a previous post you knew what they look like. Apparently you don't. Suggest you go back and look at the screenshot i shared and compare it to your puzzle. The wiki links I shared are 'earlier' as you claim, but they are relevant. Relevant because the wiki explains when and how you can bypass minesweeper games by paying BB. It is also relevant because those 'earlier' links give you information on how to learn or use online tools to help you (or other players) learn and/solve the puzzle without paying BB. For what it's worth, if you are at this point in the game, you should be fully aware that the devs have recycled many of the items in the game. Just because one item of the game is used in a quest (fairy light), it doesn't mean that exact object can't be used in a different way.

10 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 29th at 10:14 AM Croq @Cheshirecatqee1875 Note that you will continue getting daily quests from Organa, and one of them has a minesweeper puzzle as part of it. You can use the fairy lights to the side to solve it like you did here, or I think, if you wait a day, her quest can become something else. That way, you don't have to continue burning through BB's to solve minesweeper puzzles.

46 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 7th at 9:56 PM Tim Bezant i would happily give up some bushbucks to get past these puzzles as well, i gave up on the dungeon in the Flux because the developers assumed we would enjoy a frustrating game. Im about to give up on the weeping wall and I hope the tunnels in Halflight Haven dont end up with the same game or ill quit altogether!
