Vday event Nate and Trophies
691 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 12th at 10:07 AM jpl77 Can we have it so that we can turn in Nate's event quests without having to turn in every single trophy please? He only rewards one, so why do we have to keep 10 spaces open?
3397 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 4th at 11:08 AM Nickshire (CNE Dev) If I remember correctly, it's so you cannot influence which of the trophies you get by only having one available, because you're only allowed to carry one of each trophy at a time.

It doesn't make sense to turn in all trophies if he asks us for a specific reward. Mountain Climbing - Nate will bring back an Old Fossil, Gold Nugget, or a Centipede. Geo-Caching - Nate will bring back an Ancient Pottery, Futuristic Device, or Lucky Rabbit's Foot. Scuba Diving - Nate will bring back a Diamond Ring, Big Trout, or a Giant Squid.

It's implemented such that you need only make sure you're not carrying any of the three trophies that adventure could yield. The other 6 don't count. I think the confusion is he doesn't specify then which trophies you need to turn-in beforehand, he just says you have trophies you must turn in first. I'll consider improving that for next year.
691 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 4th at 2:18 PM jpl77 I tried that this year and it didn't work. I turned in the 3 specific trophies for the quest and Nate wanted them all. He's a hoarder.
