Just in case some of you don't know or remember here is how to make a 30 day rune @ 60% so it is worth remembering. You only have to open the SBA once so after that is it is easy to get there. BW2 30 day runes SBA in the Spring Thicket #59 6th island with the Cloud King To the right and slightly north of where you get the Kimchi Godess quest is a large boulder. You need 6000 energy in order to move it by clicking on it. Follow the path beyond the boulder to the Secret Area. Don't worry about losing all that energy. You just have to have 6000 energy in your bar to move the boulder, then, once you have moved the boulder, you can whack away the energy in fields as normal. Spoiler: Solving the puzzle frees a fellow named Derringer. He offers you the opportunity to make a Perfect Rune. This is a rune which lasts 30 days, 12 hours; with a bonus of 60%, and a cost of 20 small vials of the appropriately colored powder. And you have to find 20 each of catalyst, 3 lasagna, and then 190 jewels of power.

Here's a couple of other things related to this questline ... *** There is a 5 month cool-down (150 days) for this questline. If you have the Timey Wimey watch (trinket) equipped, the time will be reduced to approximately 135 days. You can talk to Derringer to find out what your exact cool-down time is, or you can check with the Town Crier in The Commons. The quest is called "Derringer - Powder Collection" Important: Derringer will not give you a perfect rune if you have reached your limit of 200 unsocketed runes. You will be given the opportunity to disenchant a few runes, then you can return to Derringer to collect your Perfect Rune reward.
