Hello, new question : could it be possible to "un-craft" larger dust vials back to smaller ones?

Also, being able to transmute excess dusts into other colors would be a tremendous help.

(I'm pasting my post on the previous Q&A since I didn't make it in time before Nick left.)

Hello hello!

So I don't see any info text appear when hovering over consumables to tell me if I have the max number of them. And the small, large and casino epacks' descriptions that mention their inventory max, get cutoff. But those are somewhat known anyway, as are the consumables from the hub areas. I have Christmas Cookies, an Anniversary Cake, a Mirage Slice, a Hot Cocoa, a Dark Chocolate Candies, a Candy Apple Barbell, 10 Easter Egg, a Fruit Salad, 24 Strawberry Tart, 3 Soda, a Cake, 5 Sandwich (not the Sanctuary ones), 3 Rich Chocolate Bar and 6 Rich Chocolate Candy. Does any of those have an inventory max?

I'd like a "Disenchant Everything" button to disenchant all the runes in my inventory, that has an "are you sure?" pop up of course.

I still haven't managed to get any additional dust by using Trapelacucha when getting a rune from the quarries, Negdry or satchels.. Does it work in these cases or only when whacking up runes?

At some point I'd like a text search bar in Pagas and mount collection, like we have for the ranch's inventory, where you can search among the pet type and the name you have given them.

Now about pet types. In my inventory, and it Pagas, I see I have a generation 1 Camel egg, but when I talk to Misty and can see the available eggs I can give her to hatch, that Camel egg does not appear in the Gen 1 eggs list but it is listed as a desert egg in its own category. Will this egg give me a gen 1 Camel if I hatch it or is it a totally different pet whose name has gotten mixed up in the program and that is why it is listed as a gen 1 Camel egg in Pagas and inventory?

Also, I started writing down the list of all pets in the order they appear in Pagas to keep better track of them. I am at 436 pets and some of them have the exact same type. So in order they appear, pets in position 3, 61 and 141 all have the type "Reindeer" even though they are different in appearance. Pets in positions 12 and 86 are of type "Robot" but again they are different pets. And pets at position 23 and 76 both are of type "Spring Chicken" but again they are different pets. I don't know if there are any more duplicate types after that point since I write them in my Google sheet a few at a time.

So that it all!

Edit: checked once more the info I see when hovering over the available crops but they don't show the time/gold/energy they yield after leveling them up. They still show the base stats. For example, I leveled my bananas at 10 today, but still when hovering over them in the inventory it shows they give 170 energy, which is not the case anymore.

Edit 2: would it make any sense to be able to trade down the yellow DNA? Not trade others up to get yellow but only trade yellow down to get others. Of course if someone would like to do it then that would mean they would forever lose that yellow DNA. I don't know. Just a thought. Because releasing one purple fella from the quarry a day has given me lots and I predict that at some point I will get all the available for yellow DNA eggs and pets, and after I feel I have a nice bank for any future eggs and pets, I'd like to be able to do something with my excess yellow DNA. Preferably getting other DNA for augmentations.

1- This suggestion, incorporates using the hubs for the xmas event, and which players will enjoy, it goes like this

the current hubs are as follows Cloud hub, Sanctuary Hub, Explorers Tent Hub, Cera alteptptl boundary Hub, Salt Desert Hub, the idea is , we can make xmas trees at the hubs, but they are special, here's how they would look


A- Cloud land Hub - After finding the following items
- Find 100 fluffy magical clouds (shaped like a tree)
- Find 50 glistening icicle ornaments
- Find 50 red cloudland roses ( seen in Nimbus village 1st field)
- Find 50 Flashing Lightning Bolts

the general look of the xmas tree will be the clouds will be shaped like a tree,the red roses will be baubles and the lightnining will be shaped like a star and flashing




B- Sanctuary Hub - After finding the following Items
- Find 100 infected pine trees
- Find 50 blue flowers ( seen in contaminated coast )
- Find 50 making change shards ( the red gem things)
- Find 50 bales of hay

the general look of the tree will have the infected look with the blue flowers and red gems as baubles, and hay in shape of a star




C- Explorer Tent Hub - After finding the following items

-Find 100 medium boulders
-Find 50 icicle ornaments
-Find 100 multi-coloured miniature ancient pots
-Donate 100 Agate’s (and turn it into a star for the top of the tree)
The General look of the tree will be a rocky tree with the coloured pots as ornaments and the agates as the star


D- Cera Altepetl Boundary hub – After finding these items

-Find 100 pristine palm trees
-Find 50 orange fungi balls ( the ones in lush climb, 1st field)
-Find 50 pink flowered vines – found in wild descent
( will act like tinsel)

-Find 50 big purple flower – found in cera altepetl boundary, the flowers
will be turned in the star for top of tree

The general look of the tree will be of a palm tree and with the fungi-balls as baubles and the pink flowered vine as tinsel, and the purple flowers will turn into the star for top of tree


E- Salt desert hub – after finding the following items

-Find 100 salt-stones - the tree will be shaped like the snowy tree
decoration

-Fish up 100 acid-proof vials of coloured water – the colours will be of
the waterways from the chromatic pools and salty settlement

-Find 50 red crystal baubles – found in deadpools

-Find 50 crystalised salt and also find 50 LE lights ( the crystalised
salt will be star shaped with LED light inside

The general look of the tree will be of the decoration we have already, the snowy tree, and the vials of coloured water will be ornaments, the red crystals will be baubles, and the crystalised salt/.LED lights will be the star


So how this would work, you get to choose which hub you would like to do for each year and you can’t to repeats each year too





2- a mini fishing event -

we have a fish and chip party, where we can either fish up fish or go hunt potatoes


3- Mini Fishing event - Kaine asks you to assist him in case, you both meet the fisherman, in Commons, the fisherman tells you there is a pest species of fish, growing in population, and is taking over the waterways, he asks if you can go to EACH and EVERY fishing holes, and fish up this fish, so he can see how far they have actually spread ( this will include visiting ALL fishing spots), after doing this, he asks you to go to AI and fish them up there , after you return, you then just have too fish up more of this pest fish as you can,and hand them in when you have enough and get tokens in return to buy some new fishing stuff/decorations or Customisation items




The following idea is from Forgingaheart


1- would like a flag that shows where all the fishing holes are, preferably a different colour like cyan

Hey Nick,

I would love it if there was an easy way to exit the flungeon, back to the flux. I really dislike having to use the world map every time. It feels counterintuitive.

oh, btw, ty for adding the glitch gunk quest to the TC... but what about the other flungeon daily? Some ppl won't do the fishing quest daily, but they will do the other one

Crafting larger vials back into smaller vials could be simple enough to implement. Could you expand on why you'd want to do so, instead of use the bigger vials to make the larger runes?

Exchanging certain colours of dust for other colours is something we're considering for future Alchrafter certification updates.

Ah, yes. The description text gets cut off in the "Uh oh. Low Energy!" popup. You can mouse over these items in your inventory to see the full descriptions when you hover them with your cursor.

The Casino Energy Bags are both capped at 10 max.

For the next update, I've added the inventory maximum to the descriptions of various energy consumable descriptions that have maximums but didn't mention them in their description.

Various energy items do not have maximums, including the Christmas Cookies, Energy Easter Egg, etc.

I understand the convenience of having a Disenchant All button in your inventory with your runes, but I'm not certain it's worth adding there, as you can already do so at Ellesandra's disenchantment table. I will note it down to consider for a future update at least.

It appears that the Trapelacucha and other Rune Dust bonuses only apply to Runes found while whacking bushes, not in quarries.

A search bar on the pet/mount collection popups is already on our list!

The Camel Egg should give you the same Generation 1 pet. Sorry for the confusion!

I am not surprised there are different pet types with the same names at this point. I'll note these down to change when I have some time. I appreciate you bringing them to my attention!

Updating the crop tooltips to show the improved research stats is also on our list to add in a future update. I appreciate the reminder!

Trading down DNA is a common request we're considering, and I appreciate the extra consideration you've given the idea.

What's the name of the "purple fella" from the quarry?

1) That's a really cool way to include the quest hubs in event content. I appreciate the details you've put into this. To include lower-level players, we'd probably want allow Port Blackwood in the mix as well. I'll note this idea down to consider, thanks.

2) Fish & Chips! Yum!

3) A world-wide fishing mini-event would be very cool. Great idea here, Russel! Now, fishing is somewhat contentious in the community, so I'm uncertain how well-liked a fishing mini-event would be. Something to consider at least.

4) A blue fishing-hole flag on the world map nodes has been on our suggestions list for a while! It might pair well with the above fishing mini-event idea.

Some drafts of the Infinite Dungeon system did include a return compass, like the one on the Ranch. I'll consider adding it in a future update.

The other quest you're referring to is the Trophy Turn-in right? This isn't quite set-up the same way as normal dailies, so I am hesitant to add it as well. I'll keep it in mind though.
