In the past I have won 2 pieces I think but wanted to check which ones. Is there anywhere I can look to see which ones I have? I don't see it in inventory. Second question is, it's really hard to win those pieces and I don't have a lot of Bush Bucks. Yesterday I used up 120 BB and earned mostly gems which is ridiculous. Those should not even be prizes on the wheel, it's such a waste of precious limited game currency unless you are buying them with real money. Is there a way to boost my chances of earning the last two pieces? I've been trying to earn these pieces for 3 years now and so far have only gotten 2. It feels next to impossible to earn. Any help?

There are 4 customization items, as well as the Robot Pet

As you win items they will go into your customization inventory, and pet inventory. You can search for the items by name to check on what you've already won.

Robot Helmet will be with your Hats
Robot Jetpack Cape will be with your Capes
Robot Sword will be with your Swords
Robot Gloves will be with your Gloves
Robot Pet/companion will be with your Pets

The feedback I've received it that it can cost on average anywhere between 200-300 BBs or more at the Bonanza Bush Buck machine. Which is somewhat comparable to what you would spend on these items in BW2 stores. It's also possible you could get lucky and spend less.

To increase your chances you might want to equip trinkets and runes to bring your less than nothing odds to 100% Increasing your quest odds may help too, and if you can make charity runes that will decrease your odds of getting gold. Equipping your best runes and trinkets may also lessen your odds of getting gems.
