Has anyone else had trouble with this battle (the one you can't flee from)?

I had defeated 3 guardians and the last one had only 108 health left when the battle stopped. By that I mean that my battle options did not appear. I refreshed and the same thing happened. I refreshed a second time and it started the battle at the beginning, but with my guardians injured and the health potions and bombs that I had used were no longer in my inventory either.

Left a ticket 2 1/2 hours ago.... I'm disappointed that I can't play
