phagrasYou'll need two black powders to craft two small runes of the void and combine them. If you don't have the recipe then talk to Ellesendre and buy it for alchemy tokens. If you don't have black powder then dust the runes you have. Scavenged, large and pristine runes are best for giving rare powders.

CinnamonsterIf it's showing a +, then you might be using the wrong recipe. There is a + nothings rune, but it's not the void rune.
