Wednesday Sept 30th chat cancelled & Forum Q&A Announcement

I won't be available for chat this Wednesday September 30th, as I'm taking the day off to move into my first home! We'll chat again on Friday, as per usual. Also, we've decided to change future Wednesday chat sessions into hour long Q&A sessions here on the forums. This is in light of Facebook and Kong communities having mostly migrated over to CNE Games, meaning those chats are less active. Hosting a Q&A here also give is more permanence for other players to check out what was discussed afterwards. This will only be for Wednesdays. Fridays will continue to be in the chat room on Codename Games. Sincerely, Nick

I am glad you are creating a place where players who live in European and Asian time zones now have a way to leave questions in one easy to use thread. plus i love the permanence aspect of this thread best of all. Now when i miss the Dev chat i got a place to read it all the interesting tidbits. Oh can you check and make sure all the questions left for you in the Discord got addressed?

I haven't been able to participate in a chat in a long time. I checked the blog archive and it shows the Halloween event has started on the 3rd Friday of the month. Last year it started on Friday, Oct 18th. So, this year it should start on Friday, Oct 16th.

I don't think you need to call on him to get answers to questions that are easily found. It can be easily searched for in the forum or in the blog archives.

According to what Nick said in dev chat, it will start on the 23rd so that we can do our trick or treating (in Bushwhackia) on the 31st.

Another good reason to have a Q&A in the forum :) Yes, there are exceptions but the usual schedule is the 3rd Friday. Thanks :) ps I understand waiting to move to CNE. I waited as long as I could before moving from BFG. We got a purchase discount and didn't need to use friends/buddies for clearing paths or for event progress.

It may also encourage players to use this forum a little more too. I also waited till the last minute before migrating from BFG. It was a big change for us because of the friend system, but it went smoothly. It's hard to believe that it will be 2 years in Jan. already.
