Adding friends
26 Posts	Link to post - Posted August 6th 2020 at 1:02 PM Cheshirecatqee1875 I've read through the wiki and can't work out if i'm doing something wrong. The only friends visible are the ones that have requested from amicus. The ones from my link, that i accepted on my profile page are listed on my profile account page but not in the game at all.
239 Posts	Link to post - Posted August 6th 2020 at 9:18 PM Anubischick In the game go to the 'invite friend' button on the far left of the friends bar - it's a blank faced icon. Press that and all the people who are profile friends will show up to be invited to be buddies. Buddies are in-game friends, profile friends are ones you accept on your page.

Is there a time lag between accepting on the profile and being able to add them in game or them appearing? Just checked now and I have 8 on CNE profile of which 5 are now showing in the game.

Oh there is another reason for the difference, the people who are your buddies are playing in the CNE platform, if your profile friends are still playing via FB or other platform they can't be buddies.

Each friend can only be invited to be an in-game friend (buddy) once every 20 hours. This is to prevent spamming. *If you still have a blank popup screen after 20 hrs, it may be that they are already in-game friends. Note: When you invite in-game friends from Amicus Isle, they will show up only on the buddy list (max 250), and not on your profile list of friends, which is unlimited. Hope this helps.
