continuing quest without rune crafting
29 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 24th 2020 at 4:28 PM syinky this question is for Nick the Dev. will we be able to continue trough the Cenote site without crafting the Rune. I have tried without success and fear my Bushwhacking days are numbered. maybe we should be able to buy the Rune as an alternative.

There are summary instructions on the wiki: https://bushwhacker2.fandom.com/wiki/Salt_Desert_Quest_Hub#Runic_Key For a complete step-by-step: 1. Go to the Alchemy store in the Commons 1a. (Optional) Go to the disenchanting station and dust all your runes. Not required but makes it easier to see what you're doing. 2. Go to the crafting station and do the following steps: 2.1. Craft 2 medium red vials and then 1 large red vial 2.2. Craft 4 medium purple vials and then 2 large purple vials 2.3. Craft 2 medium light grey vials and then one large light grey vial 2.4. Craft 1 large rune of power 2.5. Craft 1 large rune of gems 2.6. Craft 1 large rune of puzzles 3. Go to the combining station 3.1. Place the large rune of power in the left slot 3.2. Place the large rune of gems in the right slot 3.3. Hit the "Combine" button until you successfully combine the runes, should be quite easy 3.4. Take the augmented large rune of power you just created and place it back in the left slot 3.5. Place the large rune of puzzles in the right slot 3.6 Hit "Combine" again until you successfully combine the runes, you can use a luck sphere if you like but it shouldn;t take too many tries. You should now have an augmented large rune of power with the required bonuses. You can now place it into the pillar to continue the story.

I have one large rune of puzzles. that one I think I made. how can I get the runes I need. I think I had them at one point. can you help Nick. thank you Syinky

372 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 31st 2020 at 11:10 AM phagras Do you not have the recipes for large runes? If not then talk to Ellessandre and buy them from the Alchemy Token store. You might need to buy the puzzle runes recipe too if you don't have that either.

372 Posts	Link to post - Posted June 1st 2020 at 12:57 AM phagras So go to the crafting station, that's where you make the runes using powder. It tells you which powders you need and I've given a walkthrough above.
