Runic Key

I am guessing that even though I think I have used only crafted runes, I must still have accidentally picked up a found one. I am on at least my third try, but the rune still doesn't seem to be right. Signed, Frustrated

Combine a rune meeting the requirements in quest description Rune Requirements: Large Rune of Power with Gem Odds 10% or higher and Puzzle Odds 10% or higher. 1893 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 5th 2020 at 3:24 PM Last Edited May 5th 2020 at 3:27 PM Flybaby I'll try to list step by step and hope it helps. 1) Craft a Large Rune of Power (10%) 2) Craft a Large Rune of Gems (10%) 3) Craft a Large Rune of Puzzles (10%) 4) Combine the 3 Runes .. IMPORTANT: The large Rune of Power MUST ALWAYS be in the leftmost slot. Example: Combine Lg. Rune of Power with Lg. Rune of Gems Combine Augmented Rune of Power/Gems with Lg. Rune of Puzzles. I combined small runes of Gems and combined them to make an augmented rune of gems of greater than 10%, then did the same with the puzzles. Then I combined those two with the large rune of power. It comes up with about the same result, but not the result the devs expected. All good and moving ahead now!

There are lots of ways to reach the same result, and what you did may have worked too, if you had kept the Power rune in the left slot. That seems to be the key. Happy that you're moving ahead.
