305 Posts	Link to post - Posted April 22nd 2020 at 7:02 AM Kate (aquafishy) Hi all ! For those who don't know me, I am a disabled senior who has often been confined by illness to my home. Bushwhacker 2 was literally a life saving distraction for me 3 years ago while waiting for spinal surgery, that had a pretty low chance of success. I came through it with flying colours, and still love this game. Thanks to the developers and players who are so creative and inventive. Their interaction and work has kept this game fresh and enjoyable for years. With the current Stay at Home restrictions placed on most of the world at this time, I am turning to the game again for entertainment, as I don't watch tv, movies, or use gaming consoles, therefore, I find I have been playing a lot again! Thank heavens for the distraction. During events, I use a VIP token for an additional 20% drop of event items, as well as the Ornate Axe Head, at 20% for a total of a whopping additional 40% drop. My runes give me 100% each of less nothings and mana, charity runes give me less gold. Combined with the insane amounts of hours I am awake due to pain, and the confinement at home playing, this has netted me a stupid, ridiculous event completion percentage. To the devs and players, I am grinding. That was a new term to me! To the person who sent the unkind message about my event completion, you can try the boosts, and play more to get the same percentage should you wish to do so. If you don't, that's cool, but there is no need to remind me of my restrictions. No, I am not trying to show anyone up. I am bored. All anyone has to do is put them to good usage.This game also is relaxing for me...for the past 6 yrs...So I am still learnig to use all resources accordingly...while testing and changing...runes/trinkets etc...I have fun doing so..to try and better my self at BW2. ALSO..when doing the new hub if you get repeats then yes of course during any event, ones progress will definitely get higher...and higher.. PLZZ ppl just enjoy game as SOME OF US are doing . just saying Â¯\_( Í¡â›â€¯ÍœÊ– Í¡â›)_/Â¯ I play this game for ME ONLY no one else....!!!! Moreover. I also had issues with having high trophy scores and now I get nada good scores...Go figure I say Â¯\_( Í¡â›â€¯ÍœÊ– Í¡â›)_/Â¯

Thankfully, most players that play this game are better than that. Try to ignore this person, and continue enjoying the game. Everyone has their own unique style of playing this game, and play it simply for their own personal reasons. Sometimes I wish that players wouldn't be able to see other players profiles, because it would be a more relaxed way of playing, without being judged according to rankings. That being said, people have more time on their hands these days because of the pandemic, and it goes without saying that we are all no doubt playing a lot more, or "grinding" as you said. As for the Trophies ... There is no rhyme or reason to how that works. I stopped trying to figure it out a long time ago. I used to do poorly with my turn-ins, and always wondered if there was something I was doing wrong, but then I seemed to reach a point when my numbers started improving, although I still get a lot of bad turn-ins. Again, there is no rhyme or reason as to how, when, why. Take care, keep your chin up, and enjoy the game! ðŸ˜

You are a bigger person than I, as I would have named and shamed this loser on facebook and here in the forums. I would have also reported them to the Devs for harassment. There is no need for any player to receive abuse or comments such as these, especially direct messages sent to your personal account. You play the game you want to, no need to defend yourself. However, thanks for teaching the BW2 community on how to play better and how to grind and how to be a power player #1 rank. Screw the idiots who think they have the right to crap on other people.

I'd like folks to know that I am always happy to help via PM, and I do like to explain that it's a function of good runes, playing time, and patience. Some folks don't understand, but I'm lucky that some folks, like my new pm'ing friend, are willing to listen and learn.
