I promise we're not doing anything to intentionally to alter your account. I suspect it might be some growing pains with the bonus system, and I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to look into it sooner. We haven't changed how the bonus system works since I took on as developer of BW2. I've simply added a couple more bonuses. This is why I think it might be misbehaving with how strong you can make your bonuses now. By the way, I do want to caution you against giving other people access to your personal accounts, like Facebook. Anyways, I'll take another look at this issue when I've got some time. 3661 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 7th 2020 at 5:13 PM Nickshire (CNE Dev) Hi Barbara and other folks experiencing similar issues, I finally got to the bottom of this issue, and you should be able to find all the items expected while having very big negative bonuses, like from the Charity Runes. Very sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if this is not the case, and you're still unable to find the items expected from bushes. Sincerely, Nick

It is the issue of being able to play the game as it was intended to do using the/all resources we are given to use. I sent you a ticket months ago in 2019 to be exact...and I still have game probs with runes etc not working as such. I hope you use the ''math engine'' for calc's for all odds etc.. and not you doing it. Charity Runes are NOT the issue here. '''Again my end game today has not changed, so Idk what you did''' Moreover,,,I also am busy too Nick with real life..and to spend it all day in BW2 is not my cup of tea,I wish I could but not with results with my 100% + runes/trinkets etc not working..I get about 5%.. odds and it should be 100% + I do my quests and then get off :D Just put the odds back to 100% for all runes/trinkets and not just gold and gems odds.(I am getting today Feb8/20)..

I too have had disappointments with a few things, nothing of the magnitude that I would hire some outside 'whoever' to research this BW developer/programmers for fraud or whatever you are trying to accuse them of, BT. My trinkets/runes are still working for the most part...a lot more quests with salt desert and event time that take some of my mana and power away, but I too have played for over 6 years and although I don't keep track of all the % of all the trinkets, they are still working for me. I'm doing ok with my level of performance and accomplishments, sorry you are so unhappy. I think we're all busy with real life but that's why some of us enjoy this game and connection with real people..to get away from real life.
89 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 8th 2020 at 8:43 PM Last Edited February 8th 2020 at 8:57 PM Barb Tompkins Teddyfish I am not unhappy, I am just ''disappointed'' not getting decent odds/game play using my good mana/power etc runes setup which is at 100% ++.Even at 50% odds I would take to have a good game play for a change.(this has been going on since Summer of 2019). My energy level at the end of my quests for the day is below 10,000 where as before it was around 35,000 to start the next day quests..(meaning wayy too much energy is used to compensate for the runes not working as they should be).. *****This game is my baby,, I relax and enjoy and accomplish and find ways to make my game better. BUT...... Something does not jive right.. The math engine in this game calculates all the odds %..but if the dev does it the dev has to make sure the calculations % is set up accordingly to work properly.

She has given me info on items that have been altered by developer of BW2. She was smart to take pics of certain items as proof given to me. She aslo tells me that she has to keep taking pics and or writing down all info pertinent to her achivements and counts of all items.IE:.VIP level count is way off..Again It has been altered. NO player in any game should have to go through what Ms Tompkins is going through. Feb 26/20 I was in BW2 chat and it was not I say very informative to the players. I got the feeling Nick Pettyjohn was not into the chat session at all. HE whats to hear what he wants to hear and nothing else from the players.!! Pathetic it was. I gave Ms Tompkins some advice. I understand your frustration, that things along the way may have changed and your game play has been affected. The fact that you have been playing BW 2 for a long time and may have even spent actual money throughout your process was and is your choice. If I was unhappy or disappointed with a FREE game that I was playing, I would quit playing and delete it. My game is running just fine (I think) I don't keep a track of things like some players do, It is what it is, I get what I get and it changes when it changes. I just trundle along and play my game my way.I have always found the devs to be very helpful in whatever situation arises, whether that be in the forums, chat or tickets sent in. I'm sorry if I may have trampled on your beliefs or offended you in any way, that wasn't or isn't my intention, I believe everyone has a right to an opinion and this is mine.

I play the game with my runes % results as much as I can get out of them at 100%. There have been other many changes to the game from daily quests for the past few months, All I get is gold/annoying sugarless drinks.(I hardly get any xp/vip vouchers/gems/mana/Bush buck).. YET,, there is other stuff going on in my account. ----------------------------------------------------- 1).vilu tender was not adding up accordingly. 2) my VIP 8 level fluctuates..from 162/400 to 178/400 < the latter is what it should be.The level has been changed 3 times...Feb 6. Feb 9th n Feb 26th. Feb 27/20 level should be 178/400.. 3)I had 1 of Natalie.. items not staying the count it should be at.SO I had to take pics and sent Nick a ticket...viola it was changed the next day to what it should be. I still take pics hahaha 4) I got 10 BB from 3 diff friends event gifts and it didnt add the 30BB;s to may BB count..(sent a ticket to Nick and he '''totally'' talked about something else..so the ticket is still in waiting for a another reply..from him. 5)..I have to keep a list of ''ALL'' written down ''DAILY'.. 6) I am not the only one with game issues. 7).This new hub is not balanced for quests items rewards..and items in both Cache/Supply store in hub.(11 vilu a day and some items are 80 Vilu to buy) There is no fairness to players.NONE I asked Nivk to up the vilu a day to 2/3 vilu per quest..BALANCE THE HUB. 8).I see Nick pushing all thoses packages hmm ,,that tells me what the real intentions are. 9) LAST BUT NOT LEST..A major server maintenance should be done at least once a month..and or minor one if they made changes to game play. THIS game should be fair to all players....and the dev should not go into anyones account unless a dev has permisson to do so.. Moreover, if there is any new stuff etc like new hub then they should have done a TEST RUN to make sure all area & quests are a go. They did not. (IT College grad I am in this stuff).
