Support tickets USING EDGE OS do not seem to be registering

tgcougar, that was happening to me, too. I used Chrome and it would not work. At least it showed up when I posted it with Firefox. Good luck @Nick.

Hi tgcougar,

If your ticket made it into our system, you can go to your Active Support Tickets and select "Click here for a history of your resolved or closed support tickets."

If it didn't make it to our system, then unfortunately it cannot be recovered. If you still require support, please submit a new support ticket regarding the issue.
