If your ticket made it into our system, you can go to your Active Support Tickets and select "Click here for a history of your resolved or closed support tickets." If it didn't make it to our system, then unfortunately it cannot be recovered. If you still require support, please submit a new support ticket regarding the issue. Sincerely, Nick |
