ArmyMomOkcYou are missing the Altepetl Acquirer. To get that achievement you must buy all the required store items. There are 32 of them. Check in your achievements under Questing to see your progress. Hope this helps. I will get the wiki link for you to give you more details.

ArmyMomOkcI didn't look at all of your screen shots before replying. You do need to buy the remaining items in the CA Proper store to get this. I see you need 4 of them though I don't know which of the 6 you may have already bought.
