"Call a friend" problem
10 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 27th 2019 at 1:14 AM maggiolino78 Heloo, Ihave a problem with the "Call a friend" button: when I click it to request a friend's help to whack , I get the message "Friend not avilable". Anyone experienced the same thing ?
180 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 27th 2019 at 1:41 AM Duckie maggio .. yes. there is a limit of 100 friend whacks per 5 day period; however, on the new CNE platform we are being shown an available amount of friends whacks which far exceeds the weekly 100 limit. We don't know when we reach that limit and when we do, it shows we still have them available - yet when we try to use them we cannot and that message pops up. Additionally, some people are experiencing the game freezing when attempting to use these friends whacks which appear to be available, yet are not. Many of us have submitted tickets and hopefully it will be fixed quickly.

It freezes and I have to reload. I haven't tried again after the 3rd attempt. Duckie thank you for the explanation. I didn't see that it worked that way in the FAQ or wiki when I tried to find out. I read it that as each of the friends is available & it cycled through to eligible friends. I haven't used all of mine each day. I have been using about 10 a day, so it confused me when I went to use number 4 or 5 I got this error.

10 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 30th 2019 at 5:46 AM maggiolino78 Oh , I get it; so if i have let's say 250 friends i can call 100 today , 100 tomorow and 50 the day after tomorow then again in 5 days, right? Althow the freezing problem still remains ... Thank you for enlighting us :)
