Here are some helpful hints we're compiling for those of you still making the transition

1. If you transfer your game and find yourself starting from the beginning - Don't worry. It has happened to a few people. Try logging out and logging back in. If that does not work, then log out and go back to Big Fish and click to transfer again. These two methods has correct the issue for those who've encountered it thus far.

2. Please read the step by step guide for adding friends on that platform. That is the quickest and easiest method to explain the process to you.

3. Keep two tabs open. One with your account page and one with the game. We are all doing this right now as people are actively moving over all the time.

4. RELAX. It will be okay. Maybe not today.. but we've all been in the same position as you as we made the change over.

5. Whether you like to chat or not, speaking up in chat will aid in your transition and learning the differences in gameplay. We've got a lot of helpful people playing around the clock and active in chat to help you.

6. If you cannot find the activation code to complete your transfer - check your SPAM folder.

7. If panic sets in - step away from the game for a bit. Many of us have had to take a break to let it soak in. Get some coffee; watch some TV; take a walk; grab some ice cream!

8. Chat can get lively and if your question was missed and unanswered, please ask again.

9. The dreaded "asking friends for stuff" will get easier once you experience it. Requests do not pop up or intrude upon your friends and once you send and receive help a few times it will become less daunting.

10. We really want you to know that you do NOT have to ask for help in chat. "Begging" is not required. You can request help without personally asking/chatting and if you want to know who is currently online who might offer the quickest aid - there is a button on the friends bar that will show you which of your friends most recently played.

11. Friends are only needed to remove one barrier per area - up to 8 friends. If you choose to chat, asking for volunteers has resulted in fast removal of the barriers thus far.

12. The five daily small packs have not disappeared. They have magically turned into 25 daily small packs. You may request these small packs from 50 friends per day; however, the max you can have and use daily is 25. If you only want 5, only request from a few friends. If you want to ensure you get the maximum daily, request 30-50 friends. These small packs can be replenished every 20 hours (based on the time you used the first one); however, keep in mind the max you can use/stock is 25 per day. {I hope that makes sense}

13. Those of us who have not used Bush Bucks to buy the trinket crafting items can now request these from friends. You may request any combination of crafting items up to 20 friends per day. A surprising bonus we learned is that when you honor a friends request for one of these crafting items, you earn one of that item for yourself! This will help a lot of us finally make all those trinkets we'd been missing out on. After you get the hang of adding friends, we have been suggesting to everyone to immediately go and make your first 20 trinket crafting requests.
