(She's not Nate's sister Raymond, she's Jim's wife. Natalie Dragon for trophies is Nate's sister.) She has the pale green exclamation mark over her head. Depending on where you are in building your Commons, she's either by the Town Hall, or by her house next to the stables. If you're on Facebook, Armor or Kongregate, you would select a friend from your list of friends to send the gift to. If you're on Big Fish, you need to know the exact name of the player you want to send the gift to, and type it in.
