Raymondwell you can blame google. they disable flash in chrome or chrome based browsers in latest versions.
you have to enable it. http://prntscr.com/larfsn click the icon on the url line immediately before the address, may look like a padlock or other things. if you do not see flash in the few things right there then click site settings. then change flash to allow on this site. oh, by the way, google will change that back to disabled when you close the browser every time. but there is a permanent way to stop that. that is detailed in this other games forum: http://forum.codenameentertainment.com/?thread_id=23878 |

Raymondthis is good, yes. some people are currently experiencing it as i was typing this i was lso explaining to someone in chat how to get on. but the chrome change took place 3 or 4 weeks ago actually.
but then there still is that 'not logged in' thing that is unrelated and inexplicable across all browsers and operating systems and whatever. |

FlybabyLast Edited October 26th 2018 at 11:34 AM The latest version of Firefox is like that too, where you have to enable it each time. I was able to bypass it on Chrome, but not FF. If I can find the instructions again, I'll post it here.

FlybabyFound the link, and it worked for me. (To enable Flash permission, right click the not secure icon in your address bar.)

RaymondLast Edited October 26th 2018 at 11:52 AM the instructions for chrome were posted on very first post, last sentence, a link to where it explains that ephemeral thing, from 3 weeks ago so his initial problem occurred even before that.
if there is anything similar for other browsers that info would be appreciated. |

FlybabyIt's been going on for me since at least August on both browsers. If you have an older version of FF you might not be bothered by it.
Mozilla had a write up about it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/set-adobe-flash-click-play-firefox Starting in Firefox version 55, the Flash plugin is "click to play" by default. |

Raymondbrowser settings, chromes 3 dots, does not do it permanently, only for the active session (like doing that thing to the left of the url address), but settings one is less likely to even work. the thing on the url line is address specific, i.e. specifically for this game, while the settings one should do it for all sites but it doesn't.

DestKittehFacebook gameroom uses chrome flash, which is inbuilt.
I had to download the chrome flash again, go through task manager, stop the 2 gameroom apps running, and restart Gameroom for it to work again. Allowing flash to run did nothing. |

Rebecca BeattieLast Edited October 29th 2018 at 6:51 AM Im in chrome and for a while Ive had to click to open flash each time I reboot the computer. It is happening for many situations not just this game... I can't seem to figure out how to get a permanent ok for flash list going.
I think it started with a Windows update. And its across all my computers to the best of my knowledge. |

CheshirecatqeeFlash is not being supported by any browsers due to security issues and Adobe the maker of Flash will no longer support it at all.
That is why there are so many problems with it. In time it will cease completely. |

Raymondthere IS NO danger for responsible developers like those of this game to using flash. flash will always exist in the form of those many emulator browsers like photon and puffin and dolphin...
will the devs kill this game, and all their older games simply for fear mongering, no. they will when these stop being profitable. and most likely they will not spend thousands of man hours to port all these games, or even just this one, into html5 or something else. |

FlybabyWe have until 2020 before flash is killed off. Hopefully by then, the devs will have updated the game from BW2 to BW3.

Raymondthe JSON date for this game is actually peppered with things like the following which i have seen since the first time i had known how to look at that several years ago
,{"id":5,"start_date":"Sunday April 15th, 2012 3:04:00PM","end_date":"Friday January 1st, 2021 12:01:59AM","start_timestamp":1334527200,"end_timestamp":1609491599,"title":"Bush Whacker 2" but it doesn't mean anything |
