Evidently someone commented several times regarding my presence near the quester area in the BF chat yesterday, not the main isle..but still..must have been annoying to her. This happened due to a disconnect while on my laptop, and I couldn't get out of it. No more Amicus Isle for me..don't want to take a chance again to annoy anyone..not worth it. I'll submit a ticket to try to resolve this issue...and perhaps our Nick will be my 'Ghost Buster'? Again...very sorry for this annoyance in anyone's game. Happy Halloween Event! Teddy

We had a nice little one sided chat :) There was and might still be someone else on AI 8 towards the bottom for most of last week. Nick said AI might need a reboot of some sort when I mentioned it on the dev chat Friday.

I brought it up and mentioned you only because I knew your name and it showed you in chat. I in no way meant it to be about you. It is something I have noticed a lot in the last month with several other players. You are the only one I tried to talk too :) I didn't mean to offend you in any way.

Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 20th 2018 at 6:32 PM Raymond there is absolutely no reason to be converned about 'blocking' anything on amicus. you are unaware, and apparently so are those who perhaps were annoyed. but Amicus has had since 2012 one feature to prevent any issue like this, and a second feature since 2013. that people do not see what is right in front of them, and apparently nobody in chat told them is a real mystery. 1. change rooms by clicking the ! 2. toggle player clicking right there in the middle of your screen

Like my buddy that has been in AI 8 for over a week - https://prnt.sc/l8i9o8 I said hi to this person a couple of times one day before I clued into they weren't there, it only showed one player in the room (me). I mentioned something someone else brought up in the dev chat about people blocking NPCs. It doesn't bug me, I know what to do and rarely do anything in the main AI anyway.

We used to see these issues all the time before CNE switched to a new server, but not so much since. What's funny, is that we can't see our own ghost, so we never have any knowledge about it unless someone reports it. So even if it may sound like a complaint of sorts, it's good that they do.

Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 21st 2018 at 9:46 AM Raymond i tried, in my 4 alternate accounts, to have those characters 'stick' around on amicus but all the ways i have exited the game/browser does not seem to replicate that. all 4 are not in room x, will not tell anyone, but they are on amicus when i do log in as any of those 4.

Actually, I was serious about being stranded and sorry and not so fun..but I was having a bit of fun with ghost and Halloween. I have been stuck for a week or more. A friend told me many days cause I didn't answer him when he greeted me in my 'ghost' state. He knew something was wrong and let me know. Just as you Army Mom, something was wrong. I would have loved to converse with you while being there, ArmyMom, would have never ignored you or anyone. I should have put in a ticket when I first realized I was stuck there, but I thought it could be a problem for Nick, and he's busy enough. There are several other ghosts..one on AI8 and one on main isle. Thanks Raymond..your words and comprehension of this game and chat are interesting and informative. I have never been unaware of all the convenience features that our developers have provided for AI or anything (I hope)..but I was feeling a bit guilty just for 'sticking' around on one of the isles..lol. I don't believe Nick will be my 'Ghost Buster' until at least Monday. Thanks also, Flybaby..for letting me know it's just a reboot to rectify this situation. Again, Happy Halloween Event!!! Perhaps we shall meet again on one of the Amicus Isles and enjoy a nice conversation when I am able to correspond and not worry about being diconnected.
