Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 26th 2018 at 1:32 PM Raymond could be this, i have had some open a long time, but i had a response and then replied. i think their system does not show that. what i have done in the past is in chat when Dev Nick is on i mention the ticket number. or i open another ticket and reference the first. what is your ticket about? no reply at all?

I believe the djarts page IS serviced by same place as the forums, and there is a Log out button here.
