I have over 50 gold runes. I would love to be able to get rid of them. It would be great if we could:
1) Combine them in someway to turn them into another category of rune
or
2) Turn them in for some minor return (preferably something besides gold)
or
3) Just plain ditch them from the list of runes

Right now, I have to go through pages and pages of gold runes to get to the nana and power runes.

i am guessing you do not have an alchemy shop behind the farm stand next to the Inn in the commons.
that allows you to 'dust' runes and to craft others and combine runes.
you will find runes to be the most powerful thing in this game, and expensive.
each month I spend about a million gold to make 3 runes that last 31.5 days that combined and with my pet, mount and trinket make for +100% energy +100% mana -100% nothings among other things.

read all about that in http://bushwhacker2.wikia.com/wiki/Runesocketing especially the notes below the main page.
and gander at part of my inventory screen https://prnt.sc/h38f9e not what i currently have

Actually, I do have the Alchemy Shop. As far as I have found, I can't change the type of a rune - I can only combine it with another rune. I don't want to combine my other runes. I want to get rid of my gold runes.

If there is a way to craft non-gold runes from gold runes, I would love to know how. Maybe it is my luck, but when I disenchant gold runes I get yellow powders. For example, I just disenchanted 20 gold runes. I got a total of 7 non-gold powders. The rest of my powders were gold...

Like I said, maybe it is just my luck...

no, but in disenchanting bigger then small runes you might get some rune dusts of other types. so combine several small runes that you are going to disenchant first.

powders for gold can be used on those special rune recipes that can do all kinds of things.

i disenchant ALL runes and keep nothing in my inventory till i need to make something. with time you will have tons of powders. here is a current image of mine.

you can see two things, some powders are rarer then others, or you can see what i might depopulate by using scores of...

Thanks for the info, Raymond. I think I see a bunch of rune work in my future!
