Well it seems that the Developers don't want to answer my year old question about this particular item. Last Easter there was a Polkadot Cape but I don't have it even though I got everything that Holiday and most all other Holidays before that.
Here is my master list of everything, most with identified origins. Those not identified came from St Pats and Easter most likely. The Character items are in the order that I think everyone will see, the House items can't possibly be.
