Not at all.
Adamantium is a Mining Ore that you can get every few days from a Quest with the Blacksmith. It's not really worth it to do it as a Map Quest in the Scientists Castle since that just uses up Energy you can use elsewhere in the Game (unless you are done up to that point then it might be worth it).
You just need a total of 16 Adamantium Bars obtained any way you want. It took me 28 days to do that since all of us at the top Levels of the Game back when the Scientists Castle came out didn't know that to have extra Metals was a good thing. If these forums, actually the old forums, were searchable then you might have been forewarned to collect at least extra Adamantium.
