On many gaming forums, the general discussion is where a person asks a question like "How do I get the Anti-Matter Whip?" or "How does the banking system work?"

Typically, on those same sites, the "Support" section is for reporting glitches, errors, and other such things, not for asking for help.

So it's quite understandable that some people are posting help-me topics in General Discussion (I almost did myself when I first came here).

That said, I propose that the User Support section be renamed the "Help Me / User Support" section.

I know that there is already a description as to what each section is for, but the mis-posted topics are evidence that this may not be enough.

"User Support
Got a problem? Your fellow users (and occassionally a Developer) will help you!"

Seems pretty clear to me.


While they're at it, it wouldn't hurt to rename "Feature Requests" to "Suggestions / Feature Requests" since "Suggestions" is what these types of areas are typically called on other game forums.
