Lasynda ShichirojiI don't remember who said this in the group chat today on Facebook but when the update was announced about being able to have more of a choice in what level a Guardian is when it's captured another idea was tossed into the mix.
The idea that was thrown out and talked about was giving players a choice in how the stats change with each evolution. Instead of having the system randomly generate the new stats for a Guardian and the player can then use Jelly Beans to increase things further if they want it was explained that we get a certain amount of points to add to the Guardians stats. After the set amount that can be added of course Jelly Beans can be used still. This is just an idea so players can possibly have more fun with the game. Especially with PvP coming soon it would be very interesting if for example.... Say using the current system my team of Mookies went up against someone who had other Guardians. With the current system they know I will take longer to beat because everyone calls Mooky the tank because of it's great defense. If you use the proposed system then it can make fights alot more interesting. Say I still have my team of Mookies but instead of them all being tanks if I was able to add stats as proposed I could have them all with different skill sets. One could be high in Attack another could be high in Speed I could have another one with high Health. In other RPG's at level ups for players they usually can add to their stats, how much depends on the game. Each level you get X amount to add how you wish to make the game play more interesting as you play and challenge yourself. granted unless you use cheat codes you can't add extra stats like you can with Jelly Beans. Of course like other RPG's I would highly suggest if you would consider this option to also place a limit of sorts to try to keep some level of balance for the Guardians. What I mean by this is most RPG's I've played it would vary between 7-15 on the difference between the highest stat and the lowest stat. So say you give a player 6 points to place at level up if their lowest attribute is Speed whatever that number is, say 8, the highest stat can't go past say 7 more if you use the low end of the spectrum here making the highest stat allowed for any stat be 15. This just prevents someone from making something with like 40 Defense and 10-15 in everything else it would just be very unbalanced. I hope I explained this well if not PLEASE ask questions I will answer as soon as I can. |

Aniya AllenI think if someone wants to make one with 40 defense and 10-15 on everything else then that is his choice. No limit or if someone make 1200 health and low everything else his choice. But as long as u gain lvls then you can make up the rest when you get more points.
