is there a reason thr fee fi fo fume quest doesn't appear on the world mAP???

It's a 'random' Quest that 'can' appear after some number of days + 20 Hours. There is absolutely no reason that it, or the similar Chest, 'will' appear immediately when the Quest Log says that it is Repeatable again. You sometimes have to wait a week or more. So long in fact that it can disappear from the Quest Log altogether, that's 5+ days of inactivity after it appears in the Quest Log. There is a way to make one of those get spawned, just walk in and out of a couple squares thousands of times. I think the other can be made to appear too, if you whack a single bush in each of those 2 squares on every move, but it can take multiple days worth of Energy.

You don't have to go and look in a single square at all. Just use the Maps 'Show Active Quest' feature and it will show you, and it will actually show you if it's not even on the current Map that you are on.
It used to be that Quest names in Red were on a different Map, it still does, but in addition to that, if you hover your mouse over a quest like that, it will highlight the 'transition' square to the zone/map that the Quest is on. This is something that nobody has mentioned since the last addition of the Game where the Developers did 'some' Map processing improvement.

If you started the Quest 'early' in November, and if it was actually during the Halloween Event and was spawned on a Halloween square, then your Giant is in the very first whackable square in the game, the one with Poot in it. If it's not, and if the year old 'show active quests' doesn't show you exactly where it is, then you have to contqct the Developers directly.
