Josh MacdonaldIn the Guardian FAQ you should provide what level your Guardian has to be to evolve. I think it'll keep us from wondering or getting frustrated when it doesn't evolve after leveling it up forever! Also, I think you guys should add in where you are able to capture/find certain Guardians on the FAQ page.

David Whittaker (CNE Dev)Hi Josh,
We do plan to add additional information to the Guardian page. Not sure about evolutions but where you can find the guardians is on the list, that information is just not well organized at this point. |

Lasynda ShichirojiDavid if it helps we sort of have a compiled list of where you can find Guardians in the game if that helps. It is of course entirely based on players observations but if it helps we'd be more then happy to share it. We have it organized by the Guardian Database so it if fairly easy to follow.

Mike KisorWhy wont you put what level they evolve I don't understand what the advantage to the developers not posting the levels would be?

David Whittaker (CNE Dev)Hi Mike,
While I personally don't think that it is a big deal, Justin is adamant that the evolve levels be a mystery for players to discover themselves. |

Lasynda ShichirojiHi David,
Tiny question if Justin is adamant about it being a secret why are the postings in the forum that says what everything evolves at and into what allowed to remain? such as this one http://forum.djartsgames.ca/?thread_id=1534 or this one http://forum.djartsgames.ca/?thread_id=2039 or this one http://forum.djartsgames.ca/?thread_id=845 Those are just a few I won't hunt for more the last one was the only one I was really looking for the other two just happened in the searching through threads. I mean doesn't that just defeat the purpose of trying to keep it a secret if it's all over the forums. I saw a few other threads that are similar to the second link I gave where they ask about certain Guardians but they really are all over the place...... Also on the topic of Evolutions a few people have commented in a FB group about Tukker in the Gym fight being level 14 yet TskTsk doesn't evolve at or before then was this just a little oversight or did the Gym Master cheat to somehow force evolve Tukker? Just my two cents :D -Lasynda |

David Whittaker (CNE Dev)Hi Lasynda,
Asking another player or sharing information on the forum is a might bit different than us providing all the little details in the database. Players finding out and then helping and sharing with each other on the forums helps to build a community around the game. So overall its a good thing. As for the gym fight, maybe the gym leader captured a wild Tukker but the gym leader was only level 14 so it the Tukker went down in level :) In actuality there are no strict rules for levels of Guardians we set on trainers. -David |

Lasynda ShichirojiHi David,
Wasn't saying they were the same just saying for everything publicly out there instead of someone making a new thread all the time asking things that have been answered have it somewhere since we still can't search the forums for answers. I know when someone makes a new thread it DOES say on the side that they should look first before making a new thread......and we see how well that is followed. As for Bob having Tukker thanks for that input it does lead to two new questions though. I know I have noticed that so far at least Wild Guardians are all the first form. Does your answer mean that there will be the chance for a player to catch a second form Wild Guardian that could be reduced in level before their first form evolve level? And if so what happens when the reach the first form Evolve level could it potentially mess up the game for a player? For example say I'm level 12 and I encounter a wild Kowa and am able to catch it that would mean it would become a level 12 Kowa for me. Once I make it level up to 13 which is the evolve level for Mooky what would happen nothing or could it cause a bug in the game? -Lasynda |

David Whittaker (CNE Dev)Hi Lasynda,
Having a lower level Kowa wouldn't be an issue. Once a Mooky becomes a Kowa, it is a Kowa and no longer a Mooky, so it wouldn't try to evolve when Mooky does. Currently no second evolutions appear wild. Maybe in the much later levels there will be other evolutions found wild, but probably not anytime soon. |
