I have both of them at level 11, let me show you their side by side stats so that you can judge for yourself. Squilly--- Heroic Puffer Level 11--- Level 11 Health 85--- Health 95 Attack 33--- Attack 38 Defense 22-- Defense 37 Sp. Attack 17--- Sp. Attack 21 Sp. Defense 32--- Sp. Defense 23 Speed 18--- Speed 21 If you are asking yourself that question, hopefully, this information will help you decide.
