Askari AddisonFleeing should not take energy. Especially when if your Guardians all die, you get no experience. Come on, escape is one of those things you just do in an RPG (except certain battles).
I get that running away is 100%, but it still should be free to try to leave a battle. |

Benedikt AlbertI think it's very generous already (compared to other games) that you can flee without any real penalty (you don't get hit and, as you said, you are guaranteed to flee). You even get experience when fleeing (for all Guardians defeated until you flee).
I think losing one energy is a good penalty for ignoring wild Guardians in caves at least (actually that could be the only reason, why I think it's good). |

Nate DauerYeah, I think I prefer this style to a "free" but 50-50 chance flee style.
I *would* like to see items not cost energy though. >:( |

Jacqueline L SimonLast Edited February 20th 2012 at 6:26 PM Actually, I have been hit prior to a flee by a first-strike attack. Suffice to say that I didn't need to flee anymore. At least I got to keep that 1 energy.
