Fizard has balanced attributes and is neither strong nor weak in any stat. Flicker has strong Special Attack and has this stat about double as high, as all other stats. TskTsk and Crabby both have strong Special Attack so they are not different in terms of strength. As far as I can tell and based on the following thread, the stats that you see in the database charts are not used: http://forum.djartsgames.ca/?thread_id=1567#8691 (instead there are 7 level up types: Balanced, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, and Health)
