Are you talking about the Rogue Guardian which is going around attacking other guardians and resisting capture? The one mentioned by the "On-Duty Trainer" and the "Sassy Trainer"?

I've already looked into that myself and I'm afraid there doesn't seem to be anything to it yet. I have a handful of theories though:
- The Guardian was actually the robot which went berserk, but the devs didn't give it as much of a back-story as they originally intended to.
- The Guardian is actually an "uber" Guardian like Uber Feng or Furious Yeti, and will act like a boss, rather than act like a wild Guardian. If this is the case though, the Rogue Guardian has not been introduced into the game yet, and so it may either be cut content or content that has not been released yet.
- The Guardian will be a rare special-case Guardian like TskTsk, but hasn't been introduced into the game yet.

Whatever the case, as far as I can tell, it's not something that exists in the game (yet).
