I can only find 10 out of the 12 people that I can give Valentines Hearts to. I'm pretty sure I have checked every person in every building in the four village squares and in the castle. Any suggestions where I can find the remaining two please?

Yes, it's been discussed and published since about day one of the Event nearly 2 weeks ago.

I found them all no problem...my problem is I can never seem to get all the hearts before the contest is up. If only I had an extra day cause I got 11/12 of the prizes.

My second event I made the time to go fishing for hours at a time perhaps every other day of that event since I had missed out on one little thing on my first event and had forgotten that you can get energy with the completely boring and time consuming but productive fishing.

Here's where to look, from now on.
The FORUMS.

That is a community of people, some of whom have information to give, and some who need help. Don't think of it as 'spoilers', if you need help it's here. I read everything, some people think I 'troll' everything. But I sometimes learn something that I might or might not have without checking (the Ice Lake customization item of Christmas immediately comes to mind).

Having had 30 to turn in and not knowing where to turn them in was answered the first day of the holiday when I mentioned 2 of the more obscure spots (one of which technically is not in 'Haven' but the very first square of whackability in the game is one very important place to look in or after more than one holiday.

But having a whole set to turn in should have prompted you to spend some time to look for someplace to turn them in, either in the game or in a couple of topics in the forums.

Having almost a whole set and time running out should prompt people to do everything in your power to get more energy. Go Fish, cash in Fishing tokens, Island tokens, Questor tokens or BB's. Even playing more than once a day, if you are like most people your Energy might max out every 10 hours or so, so don't let it max, use it. Using a Quest item spell could have helped. NOT doing certain quests that are wasteful in that they can't give you a Heart can add up to thousands energy a day. I.E. every quest that does not involve Bushes or Beasts or piles of Sand, that is you whack something and do not get nothing, gold, gems, power, mana or fruit. So for the duration of events like this do not go mining, that alone can save you about 1000 energy a day, don't get rotten eggs that's another 400 or so energy, skip the 2 island ones for about 300 more energy, and 2 of the underwater ones for a few hundred. Most others are minuscule in cost I think so skip them if less than a hundred energy total for dozens of quests could be the dividing line of not getting a last heart.

But I'll say something I said months ago, people with dedication deserve the rewards of their efforts.

To clarify, some events are not like this. The carrots of Christmas were 'spawned' based on energy used, they did not appear as the contents of bushes so my suggestion above is not valid for those kinds of events.
