Eric WalkerI have a Kowa that is level 22...from what I have been seeing I should have gotten Dust Cloud by now...what level does Dust Cloud come?

Benedikt AlbertDust Cloud is a low level move (I have no precise data though). You have missed it probably.

Nate DauerDust Cloud is one of the first moves Mooky learns, you must've already forgotten it or something.
