RaymondWhen you can build it you will be given quests and told what to do. I forget since it's been 500+ days since I did that and a new Hi5 account has only gotten to level 35 in the last 2 weeks or so and so far nothing on that line.

Lottie MythoKeep checking for when there is someone in the spot next to the school with a quest for you (I don't remember if it's the blacksmith or a builder). You'll eventually get quests to find lumber and bricks (I think) and some other things to build the workshop & an anvil.
