It's been a while, but I think it starts in the Haunted Village. If not, someone will tell you where. Bring up your map and look for yellow !'s. They tell you when a quest is starting.

579 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 28th 2011 at 6:46 PM Ruth Orozco it's 4 zones above and 2 to the right of the harbour. Or (easier) 2 to the left of the Haunted Village. It looks like, well, a hole in the side of the mountain.
